Stephanie and Natasha from Young Enterprise spent the morning in the P4/5 classroom. The children considered what was meant by community and how we are all part of our community. They then took on the role of an investor and had to decide on a new business to bring to our town, they presented arguments for and against each business and worked together to arrive at a solution. There was lots of group based learning going on through talking and listening, thinking skills and mathematical reasoning.
