Today the Year 5 pupils went down to Warrenpoint Harbour to see the Saga Pearl II cruise ship. It is the last time this ship will be in Warrenpoint as it is being sold. We discovered that the ship was 165m long (which is 100m shorter than the Titanic was), it is so long we couldn't fit it all in our photograph. We learned that the ship can hold up to 600 passengers and has over 200 crew on board. We got to talk to some of the passengers who told us that they had come from Glasgow. Their cruise would last a total of 12 days and they were stopping at several locations in Scotland, Ireland and the Isle of Man.
