Primary 5-7 were delighted to welcome Alan from the RSPB today to hear about the Red Kites in Northern Ireland. The children found out about nesting and prey and then headed to the school garden to search for materials the bird would use to make its nest and the type of prey it would eat. Everyone had a great time and we found out that there are even some Red Kites living in Rostrevor!
