Today, we enjoyed a wonderful day learning all about Viking life at the Navan Centre in Armagh. We found out all about the Viking lifestyle; their language and clothing, boats and invasions. We even got to meet some Vikings, hear their stories and ask them questions about life in 800AD. Some of us even got to dress in Viking clothing, hold their spears and swords, shields and bows and we all designed our name in runes. It was a terrific experience for all involved. Go Viking!
