Today in P1 we were very busy making our very own Christmas biscuits. We really did have fun and each child put a huge effort into adding the ingredients and kneading the dough, rolling and cutting and then the best bit was the icing at the end and adding the sprinkles. We do hope you enjoy them. Don’t forget only 1 at a time!! Happy Christmas 🎄
