This week we had a visit from Grace Trainor who works for the Woodland Trust. She spoke to the children about how valuable trees are for our environment and appealed for us to vote in the Northern Ireland Tree of the Year competition before Friday 27th. This year a tree in Rostrevor is one of the six finalist so if you have an email address, please logon and vote at woodland trust.org.uk/Treeoftheyear
