Learning Through Play: P1–P3 Explore the Outdoors Together!

This month we have loved exploring the outdoors together! The children worked collaboratively to build dens, sharing ideas and materials with one another. In the mud kitchen, they mixed, poured, and discussed the textures of mud, water, and natural materials, developing their language and sensory awareness. We harvested our vegetables—apples, carrots, spring onions, and tomatoes—learning about growth, change, and healthy eating. These rich play experiences supported teamwork, communication, and curiosity in a natural environment.
