Today, we had a welcomed visit from our local fireman, Dermot. He spoke with Primary 4 and 5 about being 'fire aware' and reducing risks in our homes; especially in the coming months when we are far more likely to light fires or candles, have extra heaters on and when most of us will be cooking all those wholesome hot dinners. He told us the steps we should take to prevent accidents happening and talked us through what we should do if a fire breaks out. There will be many fire alarms being checked in the houses of Warrenpoint this weekend! Remember, thumbs up every Monday!
