Dairy Council Visit

Years 4-6 enjoyed a visit from the dairy council. They learned about how we need to keep a healthy balance between the food we eat and the amount of fitness/ activity we do. They also looked at various foods which are good sources of calcium and they taught us a very catchy food and fitness rap.
