Today we were delighted to have Neisha from Cancer Focus in school. She read us a story about Guinevere the goat and explained to us how we can stay healthy by eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day, drinking milk and water and by doing lots of exercise. At the end, she did a little quiz to see how well we’d been listening and even got to meet Guinevere!
