Today in P1 we harvested the carrots that were planted last year by the older children in the school. We were able to pull lots of carrots from large ones to tiny ones, they all had lovely green tops. After washing them we carefully chopped each carrot before putting them in a pot with an onion that we had pulled up too. After 30minutes we blended our mixture, divided it out and tried our soup. We all loved our P1 carrot soup!
