What a great day we had yesterday at the Navan Centre. We met some Vikings who told all about their home country and the types of jobs they did. We then went to their house where we got to hold some of the weapons which they used.
Following this we went to the scriptorium where we took on the role of the monks. We practised writing our name in runes and even got to use a quill pen and ink. We even managed to fit in some time in the play park.
