Continuing with our very busy schedule, P1 decided to make some Christmas shortbread today. We used only flour and butter and worked at that with our very clean hands and then added in a little sugar before using the rolling pin to flatten before using our Christmas cutters to make lovely shapes.
The school was full of a delicious smell as we cooked our shortbread but unfortunately we ran out of time to ice them today. Hopefully we will get to that tomorrow!!
